IKEA Stores, the global leader in Home Furniture, has been using OPTISHIFT for optimal shift planning & scheduling for their employees in Cyprus since 2014. OPTISHIFT has been fully adapted and used on a weekly basis for automated shift scheduling, ensuring coverage of operational needs and achievement of the desired service level for each one of the stores’ departments. In 2019 IKEA Stores have extended their OPTISHIFT License for their new Pick-Up and Order Point in Limassol.
