Informing employees
Employees can now be informed directly and automatically about their updated shift schedule.
At first, the employees receive e-mails and mobile notifications about their finalized shift schedules. If any changes occur, the employees affected by them are also informed via e-mail and automatic notifications.
Consequently they can access their updated schedule from their mobile, tablet or pc.
Staff requests
myOPTISHIFT also enables the digitization of the request approval process.
With the support of distinct roles and the definition of appropriate approval flows, each employee is given the ability to request a specific shift, day off or leave. Once a request is approved by the appropriate managers, the respective changes are automatically transferred and depicted in in the work schedule.

Staff attendance
Additionally, myOPTISHIFT can function as a digital attendance book.
In particular, it utilizes QR Codes for the recording of arrival and departure from the workplace by department / position, acting as a digital attendance book and offering an immediate view of the employees' presence at any time.
myOPTISHIFT supports bidirectional integration with OPTISHIFT, ensuring real-time update of the shift schedules, as well as with other systems such as HRMS, Time & Attendance, Payroll, etc.
