PRIMARY concluded the customization & deployment of OPTISHIFT in REGENCY Casino Thessaloniki meeting the company’s extended requirements for workforce planning & scheduling. REGENCY, with more than 1000 employees presents an extremely demanding case regarding shift scheduling which until now was approached without any expert tools. PRIMARY’s optimization technology managed to minimize the time required to prepare shift schedules and to improve these schedules in all of their aspects.
