PRIMARY concluded the customization & deployment of OPTISHIFT in REGENCY Casino Thessaloniki meeting the company’s extended requirements for workforce planning & scheduling. REGENCY, with more than 1000 employees presents an extremely demanding case regarding shift scheduling which until now was approached without any expert tools.
